The YYCRunCrew (Re)Treat

Coming this June 15-17, a weekend of connections, trails, run, and smiles.

The YYCRunCrew (Re)Treat is a collaboration between Wander Adventure Co and Wholistic Health YYC.  The intention of this retreat is bring runners from across Alberta to the beautiful Kananaskis Valley to reconnect with the mountains and each other.  From our base camp at the Sundance Lodges each day we will embark on two runs, with a post run yoga session at the end of the day to decompress.

The retreat will be limited to just twenty guests, so stay tuned here for details.
